Hayley- Practice Manager of Operations
Hayley grew up in a small town called Powhatan, VA. She graduated from Longwood University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Liberal Studies. She was in education before entering the dental field as a dental assistant. She began working at Chesapeake Center for Complete Dentistry in 2023. She loves helping patients feel comfortable at the dentist and her favorite part about working in the dental field is how confident and joyful patients look when they are happy with their smile.
Hayley is a huge Swiftie! She enjoys visiting wineries in Charlottesville when she gets a chance. She also loves baking, reading books and spending time with her family of five and two dogs.
Cornell- Sterilization Tech
Cornell is from Chesapeake, VA and graduated from Western Branch High School in 2012. He became interested in dentistry because his father is a dentist (our dentist to be exact). His first dental job was at a local dental lab pouring stone models and helping with day to day lab responsibilities. He then began working for another local lab where he packaged lab cases and eventually transitioned to digitally mounting models. Now Cornell works with his father and sister and does all the sterilization for the office. He still uses his dental lab experience to digitally mount models for the doctors to be able plan their cases and show patients what their end result would look like. He loves to play golf, go to Busch Gardens and to hang out with friends.
Lane- Emotional Support Dog
Lane is Dr. Kaitlyn’s Miniature Golden Doodle named after Lane Stadium at VIrginia Tech. He is our emotional support office dog. He Keeps all of the staff and patients smiling. He loves napping, getting all the pets and when people give him snacks.
Selena-Dental Assistant
Selena’s passion for assisting can be traced back to her pre-professional days. Her career began as a patient in orthodontics that led her path forward to a 34 year career in an array of dental professions. With many years of growth and the opportunity to thrive in a few dental fields, she is excited to begin a new journey with Dr. Cranham’s practice.
She enjoys meeting new people and most of all seeing the results of a beautiful smile. Outside of the office she is passionate about “making things pretty” gardening, cosmetology and of course a beautiful smile. She lives a simple quality life that involves family time, cook-outs and tons of laughter. ”Smile” I look forward to meeting you.
Freya-Dental Assistant
Freya is a dedicated dental assistant with over 6 years of experience, committed to providing exceptional care to patients. She graduated from Virginia Peninsula Community College in 2016 with an associate degree in science and earned her certificate in dental assisting in 2018. Freya has aspirations to become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and plans to attend dental hygiene school in the future. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her girlfriend, exploring music festivals, and embarking on travel adventures.
Charity- Lead Dental Assistant
Charity began her dental career in an endodontic practice in 2011. She began working with Dr. Kaitlyn and Dr. John Cranham, in their restorative practice in 2020. She has become an extremely important member of the team. As lead assistant she has developed expertise with scanning, digital photography, the 3Shapes Premium Design Studio, Virtual Articulation, digital splint design and 3D printing with multiple printing platforms (Asiga, Ackuretta, and Verbuild)
Charity lives in Virginia Beach with her husband and three boys. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and teaching other assistants 3D digital printing with Cranham Culp Digital Dentistry.
Haylee- Business Assistant
Haylee Graduated from Ocean Lakes High School in Virginia Beach in 2016. Since then, she has followed her mother’s footsteps in finding a career in the dental field. Haylee has been with Chesapeake Center for Complete Dentistry for 3 years and plays a huge role in the practice. She loves greeting you as you come in and making your experience as enjoyable as possible. She values the relationships she builds with our patients while treatment planning your needs to make your smile beautiful. Haylee resides with her husband & 3 fur-babies in Virginia Beach just 2 miles from sandbridge beach. In her spare time, she enjoys being a softball wife & cheering on her husband. When they are not at the ball field, quality time at home is the next best thing.
Juleesa- Business Assistant
Juleesa graduated Princess Anne High School in Virginia Beach, VA in 2008. She then decided she wanted to have a career in the dental field and studied dental assisting at Medical Careers Institute. She obtained an Associates Degree of Applied Science in 2013 and began her dental career as a business assistant. She decided she liked being a business assistant and has worked as such in the dental field for the past 10 years.
Juleesa lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, two children and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends and attending her daughter’s various sports activities.
Krisie- Business Assistant
Krisie graduated from Hickory High School in Chesapeake, VA in 2007. She received her certificate in Dental Assisting from Dental Career Foundations in 2010. She has been in the dental field for 14 years and with Chesapeake Center for Complete Dentistry since February 2016.
Her extensive background working with treatment planning and all financial aspects has been a great benefit to our practice. Aside from dentistry, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Krisie resides in Chesapeake with her son Easton, daughter Kinsley, husband Brent, and two fur babies Tito and Rolo.
Amario- Dental Hygienist
Amario graduated from Old Dominion University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Amario chose to be a dental hygienist to help others. He is compassionate and able to put his patients at ease to give positive dental experiences. Amario participates in extensive training to stay up to date on the most advanced dental technology in order to provide excellent care for his patients. He also loves to be active in his community. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He loves the outdoors and traveling to experience different cultures.
Ashley- Dental Hygienist
Ashley graduated from Old Dominion University where she obtained a Bachelors of Science In Dental Hygiene. She was born and raised in the Central Virginia area. She recently moved to North Carolina and joined our team in 2022. She brings over 15 years of dental experience to our team, having had different roles in the dental office starting as receptionist , then assistant, and now hygienist. Ashley loves getting to know each patient she treats because she believes that is the best way to ensure that her patients get the highest level of care they deserve. In her free time she enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, hiking, and spending time with her fiance, friends, and family!
Presley- Dental Hygienist
Presley graduated from Old Dominion University where she obtained a Bachelor in Science in Dental Hygiene. Presley has gained experience in working with a diverse population of patients through her active involvement in our community. Presley has volunteered at many health care out-reach programs where she has provided dental hygiene services and oral health education to individuals. Through these experiences she has embodied compassion and excellent communication skills. Since graduation, Presley has gone through training and maintained knowledge in some of the most advanced technology in the dental field. She has taken an extensive course and is certified in dental lasers which allow her to provide the best patient care possible regarding specific treatments. She is devoted and enthusiastic about oral health and the preventative services she is able to contribute to our patient’s at our office. Presley currently resides in Norfolk and enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two lab fur- babies, Hamilton and Oliver.
Hannah- Dental Assistant
With over 8 years of experience as a dental assistant, Hannah has been a valued member of CCFCD for almost 3 years. Specializing in photos for records, orthodontic cases like Invisalign and aesthetic treatments like veneers and crowns, Hannah is passionate about helping patients achieve their ideal smiles. Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys cooking, doing home renovation projects, painting and going to the beach.
